Every day, our housekeeping staff strives to have the rooms ready by 3:00 PM.

Parking

The Alexander Hotel has its own parking lot and a parking garage. The costs for a parking space on our site are €17.50 per car per night.

Azzurro Wellness

Access to the Azzurro Wellness Center is only allowed for persons aged 18 years and older and the wearing of swimwear is mandatory.

Check out

We kindly ask you to vacate your room before 11:00 am. If you wish to stay in your room longer, you can ask the reception staff what the options are.

Payment

When you check out you must pay the expenses you have incurred. If you plan to check out before 7:00 am, we ask that you pay the bill the evening before departure.

Extra person in your room

On request, an additional person (up to 12 years old) can stay in your room. A limited number of rooms are suitable for this. Special rates apply for this.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the Alexander Hotel.

Administration costs

When an invoice must be sent “on account”, € 12.50 administration costs will be charged.

General cancellation conditions

Unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation conditions apply:

1) If you cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the arrival date, no costs will be charged.
2) If you cancel later or if you do not show up (no-show), the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Moving a reservation within these 48 hours also counts as a cancellation.
