• Participant can reserve a room at the Alexander Hotel.
• The room is reserved once you have received a confirmation. Everyone will receive a confirmation.
• Please contact us if you have not received a confirmation within 48 hours and you are not sure your room has been reserved.

• Once you complete the form you are responsible for your reservation, the cancelation, and no-show policies.
• All our agreements are subject to the Uniform Conditions (UVH). The UVH are binding for everyone who uses our services.
• If the room is cancelled to late or if you do not show up (no-show), 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
